The President of Ahlul Bayt International University: Our Main Objective Is to Educate Elite and Talented Followers of the Ahlul Bayt (AS) from Various Countries

According to the public affair department of Ahlul Bayt International University, and as reported by ABNA news agency, the commencement ceremony of the academic year 2023-2024 of Ahlul Bayt International University was held on Monday September 25^th with the attendance of Ayatollah Ramezani, the general secretary of Ahlul Bayt World Assembly at the conference hall of the university.

Dr. Jazari began the ceremony by providing a report of the achievements of the university. He mentioned: “this past year had successes for us. The variety of nationalities increased on the campus. This is a great opportunity. We are of the few academic universities in the country to host many nationalities. 80 students from the university attended the conferences and the Arba’een pilgrimage which was a triumph for the university.”

He continued: “today there are 78 faculty members at the university, apart from other professors that we have the opportunity of hosting. There are courses that have been added through course-recognition. Six courses have been added this year. Our main objective is to educate elite and talented followers of the Ahlul Bayt (AS) from various countries. We used to try to extend the scope, but now we are trying to look at things from the elite aspect. I have had the good fortune to travel alongside of Ayatollah Ramezani to a number of countries. His vision on the issue of priorities is very unique.”

He added: “our goal is to posses one of the best language labs. God willing, this lab will be inaugurated soon. On the other hand, we have been able to acquire the permit to hold scientific-promotional sessions form the ministry of science and other international institutions.

In the end, he noted: “Ahlul Bayt International University will hold an international conference this year with guests form over 40 countries.”
