According to the public affairs department of Ahlul Bayt International University, the students of the faculty of Technology and Engineering of Ahlul Bayt International University, accompanied by Dr. Kalhor, one of the professors of this university, visited the the 61.2 MW Siahpoush wind power plant and its turbines, Energy Park and laboratories located in this power plant.<\/p>\n

The Siahpoush wind power plant consists of 18 wind turbine units with a capacity of 3.4 megawatts each made by Siemens, which, by using the latest technology without a gearbox, has the ability to supply electricity to more than 75 thousand households and prevents the emission of more than 110 thousand tons of greenhouse gas and environmental pollutants such as carbon dioxide, etc.<\/p>\n
