Condolence Message from the President of Ahlul Bayt (AS) International University on the Demise of the Esteemed President and his Companions

The tragic loss of the esteemed president of the people, the diligent and proud struggler who served as the custodian of the holy shrine of Imam Reza, Ali Raqdeha al-Tahiyah wa al-Thana, the late Ayatollah Hajj Sayyid Ibrahim Raeisi, the esteemed Imam of Tabriz; the late Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Ali Al-Hashemi and the late Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, may their souls rest in peace, and other dear companions of that luminary of eternity. We extend our condolences to the revered leader of the great nation and the wise and noble Iranian Islamic community. Although, as the poet eloquently interprets: “He shone brightly, but the government was hurried,” the necessary and sufficient opportunity for the realization of all high aspirations was not provided. Nevertheless, they spent a valuable period in the path of elevating the lofty goals of the blessed system, which was the source of important and valuable achievements and will remain eternal in the minds and thoughts of this beloved people. May their souls be blessed in the light of the favors of the Ahlul Bayt, and may their spirits be included in the divine graces of those saints.
