Hojjat ul Islam wa Al Muslimin Dr. Saeed Jazari Mamoui was born in December 1974 in a religious, scholar, and educated family in the holy city of Mashhad. He spent his seminary higher education in the cities of Mashhad and Qom, in the presence of famous scholars. Then he started his university education and graduated from Imam Sadegh (AS) University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in private law. Hojjat ul Islam wa Al Muslimin Dr. Saeed Jazari Mamoui finished his doctoral and post-doctoral studies in religious studies at the Sorbonne University in France with honors

Islamic Seminary:

The University Board of Directors, composed of the President and Vice-Chancellors, has the following duties and powers:

Providing the executive grounds for the approvals of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, by-laws and circulars of the relevant ministry.
Contribute to the self-reliance of universities and affiliated units.
Proposing the distribution and allocation of study opportunities and short-term domestic and foreign educational and research courses belonging to faculty members to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
Reviewing and proposing administrative, financial and transaction regulations, annual budget, organizational chart and administrative reforms necessary for managing internal affairs.
Reviewing the implementation of the decisions of the Board of Directors and monitoring the performance of the university units and establishing the necessary coordination between the different areas of the Vice-Chancellors

Codification and approval of the internal regulations of the council and the regulations of its internal committees.
Review and approval of new courses and disciplines and its program for proposal to the Ministry of Science.
Research and technology and proposed short-term educational and research programs as well as student admission based on university facilities according to the country’s development plan.
Reviewing methods of cooperation with governmental and non-governmental institutions and developing criteria for it.
Investigate the educational and research problems of the university and provide the necessary solutions.
Reviewing and approving the plans and programs proposed by the specialized councils and the issues that are on the agenda of the council by the president of the university.
Annual review of scientific facilities (manpower and equipment) of the university and determination of deficiencies and classification of scientific research needs and action to provide them and evaluate the performance of the university.
