- The university has two sets of dormitories with the capacity of 600 people in northern and southern Tehran. Both are close to the university and there is no need for transportation.
- Dormitory equipment on each floor: kitchen, showers and bathrooms (shared by the students of that floor), and water purifiers.
- Room equipment: beds, carpet, shoe holders, air conditioning and heating.
- students can borrow vacuum cleaners from the superintendent of the dormitory.

Maximum Permissible Duration for Housing and Meal Services:
The maximum duration for housing and meal services is eight semesters for Bachelor’s and Ph.D. students, and four semesters for Master’s students. Upon exceeding the allowed duration of study, students are required to vacate the dormitory.
Note:
The university does not provide married student housing. Depending on room size, dormitory rooms accommodate between three and eight students per room.
The tuition for studying at the university is received in Dollar. The tuition for international students in the academic year of 2026 is as follows:

Withdrawal Policy:
Should a student withdraw from the university during their program of study, they are required to reimburse all expenses incurred for accommodation, dining, and campus welfare facilities.
Policy on Academic Program and Scholarship Changes:
Following the notification of admission results and the payment of the registration fee, any requests to change the field of study or scholarship category will strictly not be permitted under any circumstances.
