The Scientific-Promotional Session on the Historical Geography of Tazieh in Iran
According to the public affairs department of Ahlul Bayt International University, the pre-session of the first scientific conference of Religious Bodies (Hey’at) and Rites was held as part of the fourth scientific-promotional chair of Ahlul Bayt International University thanks to the efforts of the Research and Technology deputy of the University and with the cooperation of the Specialized Center for Revival of the Order for Righteousness of Imam Sadiq University (AS) was held.
This lecture was presented by Dr. Moslem Nadalizadeh, a member of the university’s faculty, on Monday, November 29, 1402 in the conference hall of the university, where subjects and terms of the discussion, as well as the geographical distribution of ta’ziyeh after the Safavids in Iran was discussed.
Afterwards, Dr. Tavousi Masrour, a faculty member of Allameh Tabatabai University, the first critic of this session, listed some geographical positions not mentioned in the research in the north and center of the country, pointing out the existence of field research in this regard and that it is useful for completing the research.
Mohammad Reza Sangri, a faculty member at the Research Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought, the second critic, explained the initial signs and symbols and the beginnings of the formation of shabihkhani before the Safavid era and in the 7th and 8th centuries and the scope of historical Iran and its cultural expanse. He considered the cultural obstacles of this phenomenon to be effective in forming a better image of the subject.
Then, Dr. Reza Bayat, a member of the faculty of Shahid Rajaei University, pointed out some neglected geographical areas in this research and the use of sources such as manuscript indexes, documents, endowments, and decorative pictures in order to be more informative and contribute to a better session.
In the end, Dr. Nadalizadeh answered some questions and criticisms regarding the subject. At the end, he was honored by the officials of the Specialized Center for Revival of the Order for Righteousness of Imam Sadiq University.
