Ahlul Bayt International University Faculty Member Participated in the 10th International Conference of Iranian Studies in the Netherlands
The 10th International Conference of Iranian Studies was held at the Netherlands’ Leiden University and was attended by over one hundred professors of Iranian studies and Shia scholars from all over the world.
According to the public affairs department of Ahlul Bayt International University, Dr. Moslem Nadalizadeh, faculty member of the Persian language and literature department of the university gave a lecture on the subject of Ta’zieh in Shia along with panelists from the universities of California, Edinburgh, Freiburg, and Cambridge.
This conference was held on August 21-25 at Leiden University. Hundreds of Iranian studies scholars and Shia researchers were present from all over the world and presented their latest findings in multiple panels.
Also, other parts of this trip to the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Belgium included meeting Persian Language professors at reputable universities and visiting the universities of Utrecht in the Netherlands and Austria, visiting the Islamic Center of Hamburg and giving a speech to a group of Shias from the city.
